Guys, I get that sometimes the way characters look in your head doesn’t perfectly match the way they’re actually written. Seriously though, all of the Adam Lambert and Magnus Bane fan art/fan casting needs to calm down.

I can see it in the style, obviously, because that’s where I figure most of you are coming from, but I feel like a lot of people simply ignoring or forgetting the fact that he is Asian.  

What really got me thinking about this was a post a saw a while ago about no matter who got cast as Magnus, no one would be as accurate as Adam Lambert.

I like Adam Lambert, perhaps whoever is in charge of costumes and clothing for the movie can duplicate his closet for Magnus.

Ugh, it wasn’t even a good season end. Just being the end of some of the characters was so emotionally draining. I cant.

For all you other Malec shippers out there who have had your mind blown by the terrible breakup in City of Lost Souls, I’ve been thinking about it and I think I see a bright future. Not to say I’m not upset or anything but just think about it.

It’s not like either of the characters are leaving, they will be in the next book. We already know they still love each other because they said so, they’re just not a couple. Even if they don’t get back together, think of the way Cassandra Clare writes. She’s pretty much a fan-girl herself (which is amazing) and I’m nearly 100% sure that we can expect, if nothing else, romantic tension between the two in the next book.  If anything the characters have been put in a place that calls for tension. The scenes will still be there for us all to gush over, even if they are a little more emotional. 

I’m honestly 50/50 in my hopes of her putting them back together, but that’s not really the important part. What’s important is the characters getting to go through their process and we’ll all be right there to read that delicious development.
